Standard Shipping to the continental U.S. (2-5 business days once your order has been processed): $6.95

Free U.S. shipping on orders $100+

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.​

REST OF WORLD:​​​

Standard International Shipping (10-30 business days once your order has been processed): Costs are determined by package weight and dimensions, mail service and shipping addresses. You can check for costs at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES:

The processing time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5pm ET will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your shipment and your tracking number.

Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

Depending on where you are located, packages may take more than 7 business days for delivery. ​

Authens will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or misplaced items or packages once shipped.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not supported due to manufacturer policy. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please reach out to our team using the contact form located on our contact page and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Thank you for your understanding!

Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on International orders at this time.

Authens will not be held responsible for lost Returns.

Should you request a refund and once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business day..
